Abstract
Small 2021, 17, 2102286 DOI: 10.1002/smll.202102286 In the originally published article, there were two errors in Figure 3. In Figure 3A, the “2h” Hoechst channel image of B16 cells was mistakenly placed as the “1h” merged image of B16 cells. In Figure 3E, the bright field image of the Free BTS group was mistakenly placed as the control. The two images are therefore updated in the manuscript and the figure below replaces the original Figure 3. This correction does not affect any conclusions of the work. 3 Figure (Figure presented.) A) Cellular uptake of Cy5 loaded Au@MnO2 NPs treated B16 cells and A12 cells after treatment for 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, and 8 h, respectively. Scale bar: 100 µm. Red: Cy5, Blue: Hoechst 33342. B,C) Mean fluorescence intensity of Cy5 loaded Au@MnO2 NPs treated B16 (B) and A12 (C) cells after treatment for 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, and 8 h, respectively. D) CLSM images of pFITC, Au-FITC NPs, and Au@MnO2-FITC NPs treated B16 and A12 cells. Scale bar: 100 µm. Green: FITC, Blue: Hoechst 33342. E) CLSM images of free BTS and BTS loaded Au@MnO2 NPs treated B16 cells. Scale bar: 50 µm. F,G) Au NPs and Au@MnO2 NPs treated B16 (F) and A12 (G) cells. H,I) Free BTS and BTS loaded Au@MnO2 NPs treated B16 (H) and A12 (I) cells. (*P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001). All original CLSM images, including DEACA channel, bright field channel, and merged channel of the Control group, Free BTS group and BTS loaded Au@MnO2 NPs group are shown below for clarity. CLSM images of B16 cells treated with free BTS and BTS loaded Au@MnO2 NPs, respectively. Scale bar: 50 µm.
