Abstract

The selection of controlled parameters of ramjet engine is the foundation of the ramjet engine control system design. The basic principles for the selection of controlled parameters of the control system are analyzed in this paper, and the thrust control of ramjet is also analyzed, and it is found unfeasible to select the thrust variable as the controlled parameter directly. Then, the selection of intermediate variable as controlled parameter for thrust control is proposed. The ideal thermal cycle of solid ducted ramjet is analyzed, and a steady model of solid ducted ramjet is estimated. The performance of solid ducted rocket is simulated, the results show that there is a one to one correspondence between the value of n and the value of thrust, the π can approximately represent the thrust of solid ducted rocket, and the quick measurement of pressure is easy to realize. Therefore, the parameter of π might be an ideal controlled parameter for solid ducted rocket control.
