Abstract

In the process of interaction with the product, people complete their tasks by behavior sequences. Context was the relationship between subjective elements and objective elements which affected user's behavior. Context cognition was the personal cognition of context and the reason of user's behavior in the cause of using product. This paper took the use context as the entry point, advocated to understand user behavior and their needs by analyzing context and context cognition. Finally, the paper discussed how to conduct the user study by context analysis and also talked about the change from use context to social context by a case study on LBS. The paper also talked about when the use context expanded to social context, that is, when the human's relationship was included, what's the main change of design.
