Abstract

A cDNA library of the fungus is constructed by means of synthetic linkers and directional cloning, with plasmid vector pBluescipt II sk(+) and receptor strain E. coli DH5α. The liter of this cDNA library is 2.25 × 10⁴ pfu/ml, and the rate of recombination is 96.4%.
