Abstract

This paper takes the central business district of the city as the research object, divides the traffic districts based on the current land use and road network, determines the remaining capacity of the main roads around each traffic district, establishes the constraint equation of parking allocation index according to the parking demand of each traffic district, and determines the parking allocation scheme of the central business district of the city by optimizing the calculation of parking allocation index. The aim is to find a solution to the parking dilemma in the central business district of the city, to get rid of the previous practice of approving parking allocation based on the building area in general, and to provide a more reasonable and quantitative parking allocation idea.
