Abstract

Existing studies about trust relationships among experts under the circumstance of large-scale group decision-making with social networks are limited in the establishment, sources, and transmission of relationships. This paper innovatively constructs a comprehensive trust network model, categorising trust relationships into three types: direct trust relationship, transitive trust relationship, and mutual evaluation trust relationship. In addition, this paper constructs a fusion information matrix based on the comprehensive trust network and the opinion similarity of DMs, and uses the information entropy of the fusion trust matrix as credible reference for allocating the weights of DMs and attributes, so as to divide the large-scale group into multiple subgroups. In the consensus-reaching process, this paper proposes a consensus-reaching model with multi-strategy persuasion feedback mechanism, which classifies persuasion strategies into four categories: encourage, appeal, punish, and ignore. Finally, an example to demonstrate the practicability and viability of the proposed framework is provided.
