Abstract

The system framework of the composite tracking approach based on the cooperative engagement capability (CEC) is discussed in the background of the network centric warfare. The approach is divided into three types such as the data fusion type, the complementary tracking type and the relay tracking type. The composite tracking algorithm based on adaptive modified Hough transform track initialization and double threshold fast joint probabilistic data association is proposed. Simulation experiments prove that this approach can realize the composite tracking in the CEC system, obtain more completed track, enlarge the tracking area and increase the tracking precision.
