Abstract

With the rapid development of the construction industry in recent years, a number of large-scale spatial structures with complex structures and novel models have been built across the country. On the one hand, these structures have witnessed the development of the country's construction technology level and economy, but on the other hand, they also pose greater safety hazards due to the pursuit of extreme spatiality, which poses a greater challenge to health monitoring in the construction industry. Therefore, it is crucial to establish a structural health and safety system that uses construction monitoring to conduct real-time monitoring of key parts of components at key nodes in the construction process, to quickly and accurately detect the deformation of the structure and changes in internal forces, to detect the location of structural damage in a timely manner, and to issue a safety warning to the person in charge of safety in order to reduce unnecessary injuries, deaths and property loss. For suspended steel structures, a health monitoring system is established by combining finite element simulation analysis and construction experience to evaluate the bearing capacity, deformation and other characteristics of the structure.
