Compensation for dynamic error in phase direct reading angular measuring system with inductosyn

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of the existence of dynamic error in the mode of phase direct reading angular measuring system with inductosyn, an interpolation algorithm processed by computer is proposed, which achieves dynamic angular reading with high precision. This algorithm can be applied in dynamic angular measuring system based on the phase direct reading mode, which needs dynamic measurement.
