Abstract

Human resource flexible management can be adapted to the trend of agiler and more flexible manufacturing. However, there are differences for various manufacturing enterprises to implement flexible management. The paper designs an evaluation indicator system and analytical model according to four flexible aspects (i.e., functional flexibility, work flexibility, compensation flexibility, and structural flexibility). Based on the model and IMSS (International Manufacturing Strategy Survey) data, the paper compares human resource flexible management in different manufacturing enterprises by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP).
