Comment on 'A review on ion-ion plasmas created in weakly magnetized electronegative plasmas'

The discussed paper reviewed the experimental results on the generation of the ion-ion plasmas created in weakly magnetized electronegative plasmas in the active phase of self-sustained discharge. The conclusion that the plasma is an ion-ion plasma, is based in the paper on the high measured values of electronegativity. However, the facts of realization of the stationary ion-ion plasma are questionable because the plasma can not be considered as an ion-ion plasma while the negative ions are trapped in the plasma volume, even at very high electronegativity. So, the conclusions about experimental creation of stationary ion-ion plasma in the weakly magnetized electronegative plasmas seem unconvincing and are questioned in this comment.
