Abstract
Lupeol is a compound extracted from natural plants, which has an effective and low-toxic anti-cancer function. However, the mechanism of its anticancer function remains unclear. We analyzed the differential expression of miRNA from HELA cells whichwere pretreated with lupeol to investigate the anti-cancer molecular pathways of lupeol. The method of TaqMan MicroRNA Assay was applied in this study. and data were analyzed by means of cluster analysis. Targetscan and RNAfold were performed to analyze the gene sequences. Through system biological analysis, it was found that Lupeol's anti-cancer molecular path in HELA cell model pivotted with ERBB4 and involved in hsa-miR-23b, hsa-miR-200b.
