Abstract
CDS 5200 was used to analyze the effect of typical temperature on fast pyrolysis process of the full size rice husk. The results show that the fast pyrolysis of the full size rice husk is controlled by the power or typical diffusion. The demarcation point of fast pyrolysis of full size rice husk is 800℃. The kinetic parameters of fast pyrolysis for full size rice husk are obtained according to the results (800-900℃: frequency factor k0=3.37, activation energy E=29.91 kJ/mol). The three-dimensional diffusion (G-B) kinetic models were established. The fast pyrolysis time of the full size rice husk at typical temperatures 800℃, 850℃, 900℃ were calculated according to the kinetic models, and was 1.7 s, 1.5 s and 1.2 s, respectively.
