Abstract
Aiming at the features of a wide frequency response and the serious low-frequency noise interference of Acoustic Emission (AE) induced by signal pulse eddy current, the Wavelet Method and Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) are used to analyze signals from different samples under different exciting currents. And the strength feature of AE signals is obtained through comparing the signals feature of different samples. The calculated deformation and experimental AE signals are normalized based on AE Theory. And according to Kaiser effect, the partly direct relationship between the acoustic emission signal and the calculated deformation can be obtained. This can provide useful references for the optimization analysis and engineering application of AE.
