Abstract
A dynamic mathematic model of a fuel-controller was provided, and the influence of the dry friction was studied. The parameter change caused by the dry friction was analyzed, and the positive and negative speed of the small piston was proved to be an effective parameter that was reactive for the performance. The positive and negative speed of the small piston could be obtained by the method of least squares. The comparison between theoretical analysis and experimental calculation validates the feasibility of the method.
