abstract = "Natural scene images often contain a lot of important texts, which carry the information we need, so it has important practical value to locate text information. This paper proposes a Cascade Classifier Text Localization (CCTL) algorithm. Firstly, a cascade classification algorithm based on Real AdaBoost is proposed to improve the accuracy of text localization. Secondly, a perceptual-based grouping algorithm is proposed to establish a perceptual organization framework. The use of adjacency and similar rules to group texts can improve the effect of text grouping. The proposed algorithm is verified and evaluated on the ICDAR dataset. At the same time, it is compared with other algorithms. The experimental results show that the proposed method has superiority in natural scene text detection.",
