Abstract

Eco-friendly ternary blended cement with dyeing sludge ash (DS) and papermaking sludge (PS) was developed. Replacing OPC with 5 wt% of DS and PS improves the mechanical properties of blended cement. The volcanic ash reaction of PS increases the Si/Ca ratio of C-S-H gels. The utilization of DS and PS has greater environmental benefits.
