Abstract

Two agarose gel separation methods based on centrifugation and chromatography were compared in terms of their separation efficiency and the solution quality on device level. It was found that agarose gel bead chromatography appears to be a better technique with ∼96% semiconducting-enriched solution obtained from the process. Good transistor performance was demonstrated with mobility up to 1.5 cm 2/Vs at on/off ratio of 10 3.
