Abstract
To simplify and unify the analysis of complex winding magnetic field, one simple and easy method was presented. This method can predict the winding magnetic field from single turn coil magnetic field. Analytical equations of a single turn coil armature magnetic field were established based on the equivalent concentric multilayer model of high speed permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) and Poisson equation of the eddy current field. A variety of medium interfaces and boundary conditions were employed, and the coil armature field equations with sparse matrix were built. According to the coil position and phase winding connection type, each coil was configured with an algebra and was assembled belonging to the same winding from the diversity characteristic of windings arrangement and combination form. Recursion was simplified and unified from coil to winding, and the relationship between them was revealed. The analytical calculation and the internal relation of armature magnetic field between coil and winding were confirmed by the finite element simulation and other calculation method in related literature. It was demonstrated that single turn coil magnetic field could deal with winding magnetic field. Finally, based on relevant calculation method and internal relations of coil and winding, time and space harmonics of winding resultant magnetic field were analyzed.
