Bootloading DSP's program from FPGA

Abstract

This paper presents a solution of bootloading DSP's program from FPGA. Compared with conventional methods using additional EEPROM or FLASH memory as DSP's external memory, this method can make full use of system's resources and can be easily realized. After introducing the DSP's bootloading theory, it gives out the detailed hardware and software design scheme and also some key program source codes. This method proved to be correct and credible.
