Abstract

This paper describes the composition and theory of a new kind of direct drive volume control electro-hydraulic servo system, in order to better express the nonlinear of systems and the input-output relationship of various variables, Power Bond Graph was used to establish bond graph model of the components and overall system, 20-sim software was used to simulation analysis that focus on the impact of the various factors such as pipe length and diameter on the system dynamic characteristics, the results showed that the length and diameter of the pipe should be reduced as far as possible in the case of the installation requirements has been satisfied.
