Abstract

A baud-rate timing recovery scheme with PN sequence synronization is proposed to compensate timing phase error and IQ skew simulataneously. Compared to the traditional baud-rate and oversampling timing recovery schemes, the compensation capability of sampling phase error and IQ skew in our scheme is confirmed by both simulation and experiment.
