Abstract

The continuously rising costs in healthcare, the growing size of the population who will need healthcare services, and the rise of expectations regarding the quality of healthcare services all create a high need for new approaches to reduce healthcare costs with good management. In this paper we focus on design an autonomic cloud environment to help management of healthcare services by design perfect monitoring system. We applied Service-oriented architectures (SOA) to minimize cost by distributed services for many users, and realized integrated services in healthcare. To evaluated our system design we take as case study, analyze and monitoring ElectroMyoGram (EMG) data by software services. Furthermore, an application that analyzes collected data is demonstrated.
