Abstract
A completely decoupled model of delta-connected autotransformer is built to analyze the effect of the asymmetry of phase shift transformer on the 12-pulse rectifier. By analyzing the coupling circuit of autotransformer, the relationships among branch voltage, branch current, node voltage and node current are obtained and a node admittance matrix is derived for describing the information of winding connection pattern, electrical parameters and so on. Based on the matrix, a completely decoupled model of delta-connected autotransformer is built and the relationship between model parameters and practical parameters is obtained. Simulative and experimental results verify the effectiveness of the model in simulating the asymmetry of delta-connected autotransformer.
