Abstract

The objective of the meta-analysis is to evaluate the intervention effect of digital products on adolescent depression in the past 10 years, explore the effective factors conducive to the intervention of adolescent depression, and provide data support for the design of subsequent digital intervention products. A total of 7 articles, published in different academic journals, were selected for the meta-analysis following a systematic literature search on a total of 14 databases, including Web of Science, PubMed, Cochrane Library and Embase. Meta-analysis results showed no significant positive effect of using digital interventions in adolescents (SMD = -0.09, 95% CI: -0.22 to -0.05, p = 0.08).
