Abstract

The dynamic balance measurement system of the precision centrifuge is composed of four capacitance displacement measuring instruments mounted on the upper and lower measuring planes, a force-measuring sensor on the base and angle-measuring gratings. When in the quasi-static state and the balance velocity state, the first harmonic error is measured by five sensors respectively; the normal force upon the pedestal is measured by the force-measuring sensor; the vibration vector can be calculated by the output of four capacitance displacement instruments. Comparing the outputs of the four capacitance displacement instruments to those of the force-measuring sensor, then the malfunction judgement can be given. Applying the redundancy technology and multisensor information fusion technology, the synchronized automated data acquisition, processing and malfunction warning are realized on computer.
