Abstract

With the advance of the new countryside construction, rural dwelling house construction and reconstruction are in the new step. For evaluating the effect of energy efficiency in existing rural dwelling houses and reconstructed ones, an assessment system and integral model should be established, according to the feature of the severe cold area of China. The study used the modern science research technique, such as analytic hierarchy process (AHP), fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, pessimistic interrelatedness and so on, researched the existing rural dwelling houses assessment from the energy-saving design, facilities usage and renewable energy sources. The assessment system should be applied to evaluate the effect of energy efficiency in existing rural dwelling houses, analyze and choose the better ones. The study supplied the feasible method and established foundation for the evaluation of the existing rural dwelling houses and energy-saving reconstruction.
