Abstract

This paper discussed main design ideas of realization of advanced control in crude distillation unit (CDU), and established running circumstance and scheme of hardware and software. The control thought and arithmetic of multi-variable predictive controller were described. Through the application of advance process control technology in CDU, we drew up the system model through the model identification, and then established the predictive control and model emendation, which obtained good effect.
