N2 - For the liquid level detection of non-conductive liquids in the field of biochemical analysis, drug detection and other fields, this paper thoroughly studies the application of pressure level detection in the integrated automatic micropipette module. By analyzing the principle of automatic pipetting, the overall control block diagram and execution flow of a pressure liquid level detection are given, and the key technologies in the pressure method are studied to ensure the accuracy and sensitivity of liquid level detection. The overall scheme of the automatic pipetting module is designed and the key components of the liquid level detection were selected. Finally, the liquid level detection experiments are performed on the module, experiments have shown that liquids can be effectively detected for several liquids with different characteristics, and the main factors affecting their sensitivity are studied. Finally, the development trend of pressure liquid level detection is prospected, which can provide reference for related research.
