Abstract

To solve massive distributed group decision problems in the construction process of virtual enterprises, a Multi-Agent Quality Function Deployment (MAQFD) model, a cubic House of Quality (HoQ) model integrating with group decision results was proposed. In the model, through extension of traditional quality function configuration, decision makers were divided into relative independent decision-making agents according to their specialities, and a series of HoQs oriented to agents were built. During decision-making process, agents could cooperate with each other based on ontology so as to avoid experience variance. In order to achieve a final group decision result, the importance weights were added on agents and various results from many HoQs were integrated to guarantee full use of knowledge and intelligence of each decision-making agent and promote QFD model's efficiency. Finally, an application example of this model was given.
