Abstract
To explore the influence of internal pressure on hydroforming three-diameter shaft, the procedure of hydroforming shaft was simulated by FEM in this paper. The corresponding thickness distribution and strain distribution of different pressure was given out, the effect of the pressure on the simulation result was discussed and the destabilization format of wrinkle and thickness reduction was analyzed. Base on the simulation result, corresponding experimental result was also presented. The analyzing show that the selection of pressure have a strong influence on hydorforming three-diameter shaft and for the shaft of this paper 30 MPa is the best pressure parameter.
