Abstract

The model of the plated ultrasonic vibrator is established by using Ansys, and the analysis of vibration mode is accomplished. The simulated results are in good agreement with the experiment data measured. At the same time, the analysis of harmonic response and the theoretical value of amplitude have been carried out. The optimal design of ultrasonic motor has been implemented by the animate function of Ansys, and the reasonable structure is achieved. The simulated results of finite element method are the base of optimal design.
