Abstract
The radiation concentrating characteristic of three kinds of concentrators, dish parabolic surface, Fresnel reflective surface and toroidal surface were compared and analyzed, especially. The effect of ray-incident angle on the uniformity of the focal flux distribution, concentration ratio and other performance parameters was discussed. A sort of system combining CPC and toroidal surface was presented by optimizing design, which had excellent performance in concentration ratio, the uniformity of the focal flux distribution and angle deviation tolerance. It may provide some references and thoughts for solar-concentrator design.
