Analysis for flocculation morphology of compound bioflocculant

Abstract

There is a first systems analysis for flocculation morphology of BF, environmentally friendly function material in the experiment. Functional group of CBF adsorbed numerously colloidal particles and formed micro flocs during mixing. Micro flocs formed compact large flocs and sedimentated speedily. CBF can neutralize some electric charge of colloidal particles and make colloidal particles to sedimentate. CBF can influence crystal structure of particles to regroup and make it more order and easily to separate and deposit. So, flocculation modes of CBF are adsorption, neutralization and Chemi-bonded.
