Analysis and simulation of direct drive electric-hydraulic servo rotary vane steering gears system

Abstract

To meet the development of aircraft actuating systems in the future, direct drive electric-hydraulic servo rotary steering gears is designed. This steering gears covers area smaller than traditional steering gears and it controls credibility, economizing on energy efficiently. The model of direct drive electric-hydraulic servo ratary steering gears is established by analyzing its principle and features. The results showed that the steering gears closed-loop system's simulation obtain the perfect dynamic performances and good performance index. It can satisfy the ships request of boat to steering gears system, and it has good application foreground.
