N2 - This paper takes the typical multi-storey determinant residential area of Harbin as the research object, makes an analysis of existing problems through the residential sunlight environment simulation, and proposes the optimized environment strategies from the aspects of building distance, building height and building facade styles. This paper also provides the basic analysis data to improve the quality of the implementation of local relevant laws and regulations. At the same time it has positive significance of constructing a healthy living environment and building energy-saving residential community.
