Abstract

This paper introduces the design method of non-contact Coaxial rotatable coils, which can be used to realize wireless power transfer and replace the connecting devices of traditional aircraft cables, and the method can effectively avoid the wear and tear of traditional cables and other problems. In this paper, the magnetic field and its own inductance, resistance and mutual coupling coefficient and other parameters are calculated by using three-dimensional modeling simulation software, and the perturbation situation encountered in its work is also simulated and analyzed. The equivalent circuit model of the wireless power transfer system is also established, and its loss, working efficiency and maximum efficiency point are analyzed and calculated, so as to come up with an effective way to increase the efficiency and reduce the loss. Finally, when the output power is 94W, the prototype's rotating efficiency achieved 93.20%.
