Abstract

It is demonstrated that the illumination of multilayer photosensitive material leads to a change in the refractive index of a medium which depends on the material concentration of individual layers. We show the calculation for photpolymerization process, during exposure, in the material using the multilayer technique by varying the dye concentration. The 3D Nonlocal Photopolymerization Driven Diffusion (NPDD) model is then applied to calculate the resulting absorption and polymerization.
