abstract = "In order to improve irregular marketing channels and poor information sharing levels and to solve the difficult data acquisition issue in the secondary market of real estate, this paper builds the instant information sharing system based on the technique of GIS and the successful experiences in implementing the system of the Multiple Listing Service in some foreign countries. By analyzing the real estate transaction and considering the home buyers' requirements, the functional structure of an instant information sharing system is put forward. It can integrate the real-time sales information from property developers and, with the computer, show it to buyers in a whole new way, which is just like a real estate supermarket. This research provides the tools and means for integrating resources as well as the innovation model of marketing. It has a very important theoretical and practical significance to real estate industry informationization in China.",
