Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingConference contributionpeer-review

Abstract

A high sensitive CO-QEPAS sensor with a high power 2.33 μm diode laser was demonstrated. A 11.2 ppm detection limit was obtained and the pressure and temperature sensitivities of the reported sensor were analyzed.
