Abstract

In this paper, a simple and effective synchronization scheme is proposed for NC-OFDM systems. The proposed scheme can obtain coarse timing estimation and fractional CFO estimation according to the correlation between the received preamble and the known PN sequence. Simulations validate its feasibility when only part of subcarriers is invalid.
