Abstract

In order to detect the moving target and reload it correctly in the image by Synthetic Aperture Radar, a novel sub-Aperture array clutter cancellation method was introduced. The traditional sub-Aperture technique is modified, and the processing and analysis the Doppler characteristic in each sub-Array echoes. To improve the performance of target detection, which spectral smearing in main clutter or spectral wrapping, a robust least squares cancellation algorithm based on the different sub-Array receiver was proposed. The experimental result shows that the proposed method is very effective.
