All-fiber QEPAS sensor and its application for spatially resolved trace gas detection

Abstract

A compact all-fiber QEPAS sensor using quartz tuning fork (QTF) with a resonance frequency of 30.72 kHz was demonstrated. Three QTFs were used for H2O detection simultaneously to demonstrate the potential of spatially resolved measurements.
