Abstract
Light modulation and detection of extreme ultraviolet radiation is challenging work due to its extreme high absorption with matters. In this work, a universal method of Airy-point diffraction interferometry (APDI) had been proposed to quantitatively measure the phase fronts of the short-wavelength focusing, especially of extreme-ultraviolet and soft X-ray focusing derived from structured-spiral photon-sieve array. The structured-light manipulation and phase-front measurement extend the potential applications of the extreme ultraviolet radiation where develops slowly because of lacking practical light-shaping approaches.
