Abstract

The process contained sludge acclimation for enrichment of aerobic denitrifiers, bacteria isolation and purification, the removal of TN are 90.4%, 91.2%, 94.6%, 95.6%, 97%, by f1, f2, f3, f5, f7 and the establishment of continuous flow reactor reactor surveyed various indices. The PCR-DGGE profiles showed that shift of microbial diversity correspond to the effect of nitrate removal. 15 d and the 30 d similarity is 80%, which microbial diversity is the highest. Comparation of excised DGGE bands and analysis of sequencing results that aerobic denitrifiers f3 and f5 were dominated bacteria in sequencing batch reactor.
