Abstract

A study of moisture absorption process, aging mechanism and mechanical properties of hydrothermal aging and finite element numerical simulation were summarized from theoretical research and experimental methods. Composite materials are sensitive to the impact, and the static strength and fatigue strength reduce as porosity increases, which results in more vulnerable in the hygrothermal environment. Some recommendations for future work of the influence of porosity on mechanical properties after impact composites in the hydrothermal environment were also proposed.
