Abstract

The paper discussed the main design ideas of realization of advanced control in CDU (crude distillation units), established the run circumstance and scheme of hardware and software, and then discussed the control thought and arithmetic of multi-variable predictive controller emphatically. Through the application of APC (Advanced Process Control) technology in CDU, we can draw up the system model through the model identification, and then go along the predictive control and model emendation. We can see that it takes good effect.
