Abstract

Dry friction in a pneumatic servo system will reduce the precision of positioning. This paper proposes an adaptive compensation of dry friction which can improve the adaptability of the system to the variable characteristics of dry friction and bring intelligent functions into the system. Simulation shows that this method has the advantage over the other method.
