Abstract

Unknown array position errors significantly impact the accuracy and resolution of angle estimations. This paper proposes an active calibration model using FMCW wide-band signals as the calibration source. However, the precise angle of the calibration source cannot be obtained. To address this, we construct an optimization problem that simultaneously calibrates the source angle and sensor positions. The problem is divided into two sub-problems to mitigate non-convexity, which are then solved using the ADMM algorithm. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
