Abstract
The absorption characteristics of the mixed-cavity structure anechoic coating with air backing were studied by using finite element method. The calculation results indicate that the absorption characteristics of this kind of cavity structure are superior to those of single-cavity structure under the same perforated percentage. Then, the absorption properties of anechoic coating on mixed-cavity structure at full-frequency range were further improved by optimization design. The influence of coating structure parameters on absorption characteristics was studied.
